Why You Need Our Premium Sensor Actuator Cables
In highly electrically rich environments, reliability is a must. Custom sensor actuator cables provide superior conductivity, fire resistance and mechanical strength to ensure that your proximity sensor will always be responsive without ever failing.

Completely prevents the oxidation of terminals inside commercial equipment that is very humid by using 3μm gold plating.

Eliminates hazardous gas emissions found in indoor applications with strictly low-smoke, halogen-free jackets.

Resists a minimum of 5mΩ for zero-delay electrical transmission for your particular sensor actuator cables.

Housings on our sensor actuator cables are UL94 V-0 rated, giving instant flame protection in case of a sudden electrical short circuit.

The sensor actuator cable improves the accuracy of data transmission and reduces false alarm codes and false actions.

Prevent electromagnetic interference generated by compressors, motors, fans, and variable frequency drives, and improve system stability.

The sensor actuator cable works at 80 ℃ ~260 ℃ for a long time, which can prevent the insulation layer from aging.

It can adapt to the complex internal structure of home appliances, making it easy to install and saving internal space.
Precision Custom Connectors for Sensor Actuator Cables
Often, signal failures occur due to the lack of a perfect match between the connector shell and your appliance connection. Plugs are injection-molded to your equipment drawings. This ensures a safe waterproof seal even in the most restricted areas. You can easily prevent assembly mistakes and guarantee your sensor actuator cables are connected perfectly to any important control board or proximity sensor.
- Connector Types: Right-angle / Straight / Custom Overmolding
- Interface Compatibility: Standard JST / Molex / TE / NAMUR
- Pin Contacts: 2 to 8 Pins / 3μm Gold-plated / Tin-plated
- Protection Level:IP67 / IP68 Waterproof Sealing
- Internal Circuits: Optional LED Indicators / Surge Protection Z-Diodes

High-Performance Wire Material Customization
The majority of thermal and electrical failures in sensor-actuator cables occur because of the use of the wrong type of wire. The entire system will ultimately fail if the insulation is not able to withstand the internal heat of the appliance. We’re here to help you ensure that you survive these tough conditions with the exact wire gauge and jacket material. This guarantees optimum performance for your specific sensor actuator cables.
- Wire Gauge (AWG): 16AWG to 28AWG / Custom sizes
- Jacket Material: XLPE (Heat-resistant) / PUR (Flex-resistant) / PVC
- EMI Shielding: Tinned Copper Braiding / Aluminum Foil
- Temperature Rating: -40°C to +125°C
- Wire Identification: Custom color coding / Printed heat-shrink labels

Company Advantage for Sensor Actuator Cables

ECOCABLES factory is located in Chongqing and has an area of 3,000 square meters. We have a special focus on the production of sensor actuator cables for smart home appliances. We use more than 150 state-of-the-art machines, including high-speed wire cutting and vertical over-molding machines. Cost savings: all custom connector molds are built in-house. Flexible production lines are managed by a dedicated team of 120 experts; they can easily produce 500,000 units per month. Precision terminal cross-section analyzers are also employed to ensure a perfect signal for your proximity sensor in our sensor actuator cables. We have a 98% on-time delivery rate and we take pride in it to assure you that your supply chain is safe.
Custom Sensor Actuator Cables Solutions for Functional Challenges

In commercial espresso machines, the normal wire jackets are easily dissolved in boiling water and high-pressure steam. The sensor actuator cables that we engineer are covered with special PTFE insulation. This particular material can withstand continuous exposure to steam at 150°C without softening or peeling. It ensures safety and long service life of the wiring function in high-quality beverage machines.

Modern cleaning robots twist their internal wires continuously when they’re cleaning in complex routes. Standard sensor-actuator cables snap after a few months of being used every day. This is done by the inclusion of a hard Kevlar fiber, placed within the wire structure. To protect your proximity sensor connections in a safe manner, this reinforcement absorbs the mechanical pulling force and keeps it safe for more than 5 million dynamic bending cycles.

The condensation from air conditioners is heavy and falls directly on control boards. In our custom designs for sensor-actuator cables, we create a specially engineered physical drip-loop structure. This shape is used here to prevent drops of water from falling off the fine terminal contact pins. It completely stops moisture from traveling down the internal wiring and short-circuiting your smart climate systems.

For the smart refrigerator temperature control system, Ecocables provides specialized wiring harnesses for NTC sensors, humidity sensors, damper actuators, and evaporator fans. We use PVC/XLPE insulation materials, JST/TE connectors, and wire diameter specifications ranging from 22AWG to 26AWG. Secure real-time, steady transmission of temperature and humidity signals, precisely control the damper opening, and optimize the refrigeration cycle. Finally, the sensor actuator cable can reduce energy consumption and improve the fresh-keeping effect.

What Industry Experts Say About Our Sensor Actuator Cables
The type of insulation is most important for long life. Advanced polymers are needed for high-performance applications, while standard PVC will suffice for static applications. There is a selection guide below based on common modes of failure:
| Material | Temperature Range | Chemical Resistance | Mechanical Durability | Best Application |
| PVC | -20°C to 80°C | Low | Moderate | Static internal appliance routing |
| PUR | -40°C to 90°C | Excellent | Very High | Robotic arms, continuous flexing |
| PTFE | -60°C to 200°C | Ultimate | Moderate | High-heat steam/Industrial boilers |
| TPE | -40°C to 125°C | High (Alkaline) | High | Sanitary/Dishwashing fluid areas |
If your sensor actuator cables are subject to physical abrasion or continuous movement, select PUR, which is more resistant to tearing than standard PVC by 3-5 times. For thermal stability in high-heat zones, use PVC, which would melt or turn brittle in those zones.
Signal delay or “ghosting” is usually caused by excessive contact resistance or electromagnetic interference (EMI). If your sensing circuit is “bouncing” on and off, test the contact resistance of your connections. A good connection should have a resistance of less than 5mΩ. When the resistance is greater than this, a drop in voltage will result, which will lead to a slow response. Also, make sure your sensor actuator cables have a high coverage tinned copper braiding (>85%). This is to protect your low-voltage control signals from ‘Non-functional’ sensor errors from external noise from induction motors.
Yes, electromagnetic interference (EMI) is a major contributor to communication failures in automation. Your data can be corrupted when your wiring is parallel to high-power motors. When using sensor actuator cables with full shielding like tinned copper braiding and aluminum foil, a faraday cage effect is created. This effectively removes external electrical noise, ensuring that control signals remain clean and accurate.
Overmolding is far superior to conventional housing for durability and safety. We fill the resin around the terminals and wire jacket with a special resin, which is monolithic and airtight. The risk of fluid capillary action is completely eliminated in this structure, which is the most common cause of internal corrosion. Ultimately, understanding what sensor and actuator integrity is helps us engineer connections that are “fit and forget”—immune to vibration, chemical exposure, and high mechanical stresses.
