Our quality management system comprises six stages: inspections upon receipt and shipment (covering wire gauge, connectors, and certifications) to prevent batch defects; verification of length, welded joints, and dimensions for the initial production run; and tensile and compressive strength testing of weld points; the production process is subject to regular monitoring; all wiring harnesses are subject to 100% electrical testing to ensure conductivity and timely detection of short or open circuit problems. Finally, an overall inspection is conducted on the appearance, labels, and packaging of the wiring harnesses. Strictly inspect the quality of all wiring harnesses to guarantee their reliable performance.
