Light Bar Wiring Harnesses By Application
We offer a complete selection of high-quality, rigorously tested light bar wiring harnesses. Find the right harness for your appliance below.

These harnesses use low-temperature-resistant materials (e.g., PVC or TPE) and support multi-branch configurations for multiple lighting modules (e.g., door lights and drawer lights).

These harnesses employ heat-resistant insulation materials (e.g., XLPE or silicone) and protective jacket materials (e.g., TPE) to withstand high-temperature, greasy, and humid conditions inside range hoods.

These harnesses use heat-resistant insulation materials (e.g., XLPE and silicone) and PA66/PBT connector housings, so the connections stay intact and the lighting doesn’t flicker or dim during oven operation.

These harnesses feature space-saving routing designs and use flexible materials (e.g., TPE and silicone) to improve connection integrity.

These harnesses are equipped with IP67/IP68-rated locking connectors to withstand vibration and moisture, even in areas near the drum and detergent dispenser.

These harnesses use quality copper conductors and gold-plated terminals to ensure contact reliability and low-loss power transmission, supporting uniform backlighting during long-term TV use.
Wiring Harness Excellence
We carefully select conductor and jacket materials and reinforce connector structures to build durable light bar wiring harnesses for home appliances. You tell us what your requirements are, and we help you develop reliable harness solutions.

We use quality copper or tin-plated copper conductors with suitable wire gauges to keep power loss to a minimum, delivering stable power transmission.

Our light bar wiring harnesses are jacketed with flexible materials (e.g., PVC, TPE, or silicone), facilitating harness installation in space-constrained appliances.

Our light bar wiring harnesses are available with heat-resistant materials (e.g., XLPE and silicone) to support continuous operation at temperatures up to 150°C.

Our light bar wiring harnesses use water-resistant jackets (e.g., TPE) and IP67/IP68-rated sealed connectors to withstand humid and greasy kitchen environments.

Our light bar wiring harnesses use flame-retardant insulation/jacket materials (e.g., FR-PVC and flame-retardant TPE) to suppress flame spread and support applications that require UL VW-1 compliance.

We use locking connectors and PA66/PBT housings to prevent connector loosening and make the harnesses more durable.

Our light bar wiring harnesses feature compact branch layouts and low-profile connectors to accommodate space-limited appliance structures.

Our light bar wiring harnesses use strain relief structures and wear-resistant jacket materials (e.g., TPE) to withstand frequent bending and mechanical stress.
Custom Light Bar Wiring Harness Solutions
ECOCABLES offers comprehensive customization for your light bar wiring harnesses. You can choose connectors from leading brands such as JST and Molex. That is, you can tell us what pitch and how many pins you need, as well as whether you need low-profile or locking design. Then we will suggest the specific connector series, such as JST PH series (pitch: 2.0 mm) or Molex Micro-Fit 3.0 series. The cable length (e.g., 300 mm) and wire gauge (e.g., 22 AWG) can also be customized. Once you provide details about your appliance, we will recommend the optimal and cost-effective configuration, and provide technical drawings for you to confirm before production. Through well-defined manufacturing processes and 100% electrical testing, our harnesses are consistently reliable in both quality and electrical performance.

Precision Crimping for Secure Connections
ECOCABLES employs precision crimping machines to ensure a secure connection between every conductor and terminal. We maintain the crimp height and width within a tolerance of ±0.05 mm (a tolerance consistent with those set by major connector manufacturers), and keep the bellmouth length within 0.1–0.4 mm (a best-practice range) at both ends of the crimp zones. We also run terminal cross-section checks on every terminal so that the compression ratio stays between 70% and 90%. At this level, the wire strands are uniformly distributed without any breakage. After crimping, we perform pull-off force testing at a speed of 50 mm/min to measure the maximum pulling force. In every case, the wire breaks, not the crimp, indicating that our light bar wiring harnesses are securely crimped.

ECOCABLES Light Bar Wiring Harness Solutions
Whether you require flexible routing for space-constrained appliance layouts or durable performance in harsh operating conditions, our light bar wiring harness solutions have you covered.

We select harness components based on the operating environment inside ovens. Engineering plastics such as PA66 or PBT are used for connector housings to improve their heat resistance. We also customize harness dimensions and routing paths to reduce unnecessary heat exposure. Our solution delivers consistent LED lighting performance throughout the service life of the oven.

We use sealed locking connectors to keep moisture out of washing machines. We also secure the harness with fixing clips to prevent excessive harness movement. Water-resistant jacket materials such as TPE or PUR are used to enhance harness durability under humid conditions. Our solution helps deliver reliable power to light bars and extend the service life of the harness.

We use heat-resistant insulation materials (e.g., XLPE or silicone) and grease-resistant jacket materials (e.g., TPE) to help the wiring harness withstand moisture, grease, and high temperatures during the operation of range hoods. We also offer right-angle or low-profile connectors to reduce connector protrusion and fit compact range hood structures. This harness solution helps prevent flickering or brightness fluctuations in your range hood light bars.

We provide a multi-branch harness design to connect multiple lighting modules in the refrigerators, such as ceiling lights, drawer lights, and door-mounted lights. This design also integrates power and control circuits to support intelligent functions such as door-triggered lighting or sensor-controlled lighting. We use insulation/jacket materials (e.g., PVC, TPE, or silicone) so that the harness can withstand frequent bending in low-temperature environments. Our solution enables the harnesses to reliably deliver power and transmit control signals between light bars and the control system, supporting responsive lighting functions in smart refrigerators.

What Our Customers Say About ECOCABLES
Inside a home appliance, the light bar wiring harness offers an electrical link between the light bar or lighting module and the power and control circuits. It supports lighting functions such as illumination and indicator lighting, as well as control functions such as switching and dimming.
Light bar wiring harnesses are commonly found in home appliances with lighting systems, including refrigerators, ovens, washing machines, range hoods, dishwashers, microwaves, and smart appliances with lighting and intelligent control functions. We customize such harnesses according to different appliance layouts, lighting requirements, and operating environments.
We design light bar wiring harnesses for a home appliance based on three key factors:
- Appliance layout: We consider where the light bar is installed, available space, connection distance, and internal cable routing. These details help us determine the harness length, routing design, and connector position.
- Lighting requirements: We consider power and voltage requirements, current rating, and whether control functions (e.g., dimming) are required. Such information helps us select the wire specifications, connector type, and terminal configuration.
- Operating environment: We evaluate the operating conditions (e.g., temperature and moisture) to select suitable insulation, jacket materials, sealing measures, and fixing methods.
Yes. Some home appliances use multiple light bar wiring harnesses because light bars or lighting modules may be installed in different locations. For example, refrigerators may use separate harnesses for ceiling lights, side lights, drawer lights, or door-mounted lighting modules. We offer both individual harnesses and multi-branch harness assemblies (i.e., harnesses with multiple branches for connecting different lighting modules) to meet your appliance requirements.
