- Check braid ends and connector direction in the same build to reduce fitting problems during appliance assembly.
Professional Braided Wire Harness Manufacturer
ECOCABLES builds braided wire harnesses around the actual cable route and connector positions inside the appliance. We apply braid to high-wear sections. We can also carry it through longer cable runs when needed.
ECOCABLES uses common connector pitches from 2.0 mm to 3.96 mm to match different board interfaces. And we provide genuine JST parts when the BOM calls for them. We double-check the connector exit direction and branch position during production to help your harness fit narrow channels and mounting clips.

Braided Wire Harnesses by Braid Material
You can choose the braid material based on the conditions of your appliance cable path.

PET braid handles roughly −40°C to +125°C. And it keeps the harness light and easy to route.

Nylon works well when your harness sees more rubbing or repeated contact. It is one of ECOCABLES’s most recommended choices.

Used closer to heaters and other hot sections. Certain constructions work above 200°C.

High strength and good wear resistance without putting a rigid tube around the cable bundle.

Shielding cable with lead or lead-sheathed connection to protect against electromagnetic interference. Typically, the sheath provides 80 to 95% shielding.

Your cable can utilize two or more types of protection. The combination includes a thermal shrink sleeve or additional insulation in areas prone to wear or routing.
What ECOCABLES Adds to Your Braided Wire Harness?
We place the connection at points where your cable experiences bending or transitions through conduits.

The connection protects only the parts that come into contact with the flat metal surface. Other areas remain unprotected.

The connection can be bent along with the cable bundle, making installation around motors and in compact spaces easier.

The diameter of the bundle may vary along the entire length of the cable. The versatile connection adapts to thicker or thinner sections of the bundle.

Your routed cables extend from the main connection at specific points. Less material accumulates around the separation line.

A thermally compressed layer or adhesive tape covers the cable end. There are no loose fibers around the termination or connection point.

The PET coating is suitable for standard cable routes; fiberglass covers the hottest areas near heaters, providing targeted protection for the cable.

When necessary, a copper/copper-five stranded cable can be added around the signal wires to test the cable route.

Add extra stranded cable around connector outputs and in areas with repeated contact. The rest of the cable tray remains lighter and more compact.
Harness and Connector Match
If you wish to gather all connections in one place, ECOCABLES offers a combined braided wire harness together with the corresponding connector and terminals. In some compact systems, the holding force of the contacts is at least 24.5 N, and the contact resistance is approximately 10 mΩ. We check these parameters both in the connector and in the combined path to ensure that the connector functions as an integral part of the entire cable tray.

ECOCABLES Section-Specific Braiding
ECOCABLES uses split or partial decoration only where necessary in its projects. Some split PET covers provide approximately 24.5% coverage at the edges and a wall thickness of 0.97 mm. This allows grooves and maintenance areas to remain open, eliminating the need for a complete cable sheath along the entire route.
ECOCABLES Braided Wire Harness Production Strength

ECOCABLES operates an 8,000 m² factory. We have 10 production lines, 260+ machines, and 3 braiding machines for manufacturing. So handle cutting, crimping, braiding, and final assembly stay within the same production flow.
We set the braid according to your confirmed harness layout. Fixtures hold the branches and connector direction during assembly. Your harness keeps the same basic layout from batch to batch. Before it leaves the line, operators check the braid length and connector fit. Electrical testing is carried out under our ISO 9001 procedures.
Braided Wire Harness Solutions for Home Appliances
ECOCABLES provides many professional braided wire harness solutions. If you haven’t found a solution that works for your home appliances, please contact us for more information.

A range hood often sits close to warm metal surfaces and sharp sheet-metal edges. We use PET braid in UL 94 V-0 grades, and 10 mil PET monofilament can add a light protective layer around your cable. The extra layer reduces wear at contact points without making the harness too bulky.

Vacuum cleaner wiring often bends around motors and moving housings. Expandable PET braid gives the cable more room to move in these areas. Sizes start at 1/16 in. A 1/4 in. sleeve fits bundle diameters of about 1/8 to 7/16 in.

We add tinned-copper braid around selected signal circuits to cut down on electrical noise and help keep signal transmission stable. For EMI-sensitive circuits, braid coverage can reach around 85% or more. Optional shielding avoids adding metal braid along the full cable run.

Customer Feedback on ECOCABLES Braided Wire Harnesses
A braided sleeve groups the wires and adds wear protection around the bundle. It is commonly used near sheet-metal openings and narrow cable paths. It does not have to cover the whole harness. ECOCABLES can place braid only on the sections that need it.
Orders using stock materials are completed in about 7–15 days. It may take around 15–30 days for larger quantities or more complicated branch layouts. You can get a more specific lead time after we check the braid setup and the stock of material.
Split braided wire loom is a flexible sleeve with a longitudinal opening. Unlike simple cable bundling, it organizes the inner conductors into groups based on signal characteristics and power ratings, then braids and covers each group of conductors before integrating the entire assembly.
