ECOCABLES High Temperature Cable Solutions

For kitchen appliances, such as ovens, air fryers, coffee machines, microwaves, etc., the internal temperatures can range from 180-250°C. Standard PVC wires will be brittle, crack, or melt over time, and frequent heating and cooling cycles will accelerate insulation aging. ECOCABLES’s high temperature cables use silicone, FEP, and PTFE insulation with continuous operating temperatures up to 250°C. Combined with excellent resistance to heat, moisture, grease, and chemical exposure, they deliver long-term electrical reliability.

Heating appliances, including water heaters, heating pads, hair dryers, garment steamers, etc are continuously exposed to high temperatures around heating elements. Overheating can damage insulation and reduce product lifespan and may even lead to electrical failure. ECOCABLES’ heat-resistant wires are designed for continuous operating temperatures of up to 250°C. High-conductivity copper conductors minimize heat generation, and excellent UL VW-1 flame-retardant materials reduce fire risk.

HVAC systems include air conditioners, heat pumps, fan coil units, and ventilation equipment. Their cables, installed near compressors, motors, and heat-generating components, are commonly exposed to temperatures of 80–150°C. The continuous vibration, moisture, and compressor oil may accelerate insulation degradation and increase mechanical wear. ECOCABLES’ high temperature cables feature continuous temperature ratings of up to 250°C. High-flexibility insulation materials combined with fine-stranded copper conductors can effectively resist vibration, abrasion, and repeated mechanical stress.

Because the internal working temperature of the oven is higher than 220℃ for a long time, ordinary PVC cables undergo thermal aging and cannot meet the life requirements. We offer 200°C heat-resistant silicone high-temperature cables, tin-plated copper conductors, and UL-certified materials, and have optimized heat-resistant cycling structural designs. Finally, the life of the high-temperature cable is improved by more than 3 times, the after-sales failure rate is reduced by 40%, and the continuous high-temperature aging test is successfully passed.
High Temperature Cable-Matched Connectors
To withstand high temperatures and heat generation inside the equipment, use heat-resistant connectors is also critical. Here are matched high-temperature connectors for home appliances.

For storage, a dry and ventilated indoor site is advised, with temperatures ranging between –10°C and +40°C. Exposure to direct sunlight is not permitted; relative humidity should be kept at or below 80%.
To avoid insulation cracking or conductor fatigue, we recommend a minimum static bending radius equal to 4× the cable’s outer diameter. In dynamic situations, we recommend a bending radius of 6× the outer diameter.
Each production batch is assigned a distinct lot number at the outset. Each lot number is correlated with supplier material certificates, production parameters, and final inspection results. These records are archived digitally for a decade, and retrieval can be completed within 24 hours of any request.
