Your Reliable DVI Cable Supplier
ECOCABLES specializes in custom DVI cable assemblies for home appliances. With 300+ production and testing machines in our facility, we are able to handle both prototype orders and bulk orders. Our lead time is 7–15 days for small-batch orders, while large custom orders usually take 15–30 days. Our technical team reviews drawings and specifications, and then provides DFM recommendations to help you refine your design for manufacturing.
Our DVI cables are built with quality materials (e.g., OFC conductors, PA66 insulation, and flexible PVC jackets) and strong shielding (e.g., foil+braid) to deliver clean video signals. They support a wide range of display applications from full HD (1920×1080) to 2560×1600, making them ideal for many home appliances including TVs, projectors, and display systems.
Please send us your drawings or specifications. Our technical team will provide technical feedback and a quote within 24 hours.
DVI Cable Types
We manufacture high-quality DVI cables for home appliances, including TVs, projectors, and display systems. Browse our DVI cable solutions below.

These cables are designed for standard display applications up to 1920×1200. They use a single TMDS link to deliver reliable digital video signals.

These dual-link cables support higher-bandwidth transmission for large-screen TVs and home theater displays, handling video signals up to 2560×1600.

These cables support both digital and analog video signals for wide compatibility. Their single-link design makes them cost-effective for standard home display systems.

These cables carry both digital and analog video signals, and their dual-link design delivers video output up to 2560×1600. They can work with almost any display, whether old or new.

These cables connect DVI and HDMI interfaces directly, with no adapters needed. They are a simple, reliable choice for home display systems with these two interfaces.

These cables connect DVI sources to VGA displays for analog video transmission, making it possible to keep legacy display systems in service.
Custom DVI Cables — Stable Video Transmission
We offer a full range of DVI cables, so you can find the right cable for different interfaces and application scenarios. Whether it is a monitor, TV, or projector, our cables deliver clean, stable video signals with minimal interference.

Use quality copper conductors and optimized cable structures to keep video signals clean and intact.

Apply high-coverage shielding to reduce EMI and RFI. Ferrite cores can also be integrated to further improve noise suppression when required.

Built with connectors that have a metal shell, PA66 insulator, and gold-plated contacts to deliver better conductivity and durability under repeated mating cycles.

Offer full customization, from cable length and conductor specifications to shielding, jacketing, and connector options.
Advanced Shielding for Stable Video Signals
ECOCABLES offer multiple shielding configurations for your DVI cables, including foil-only, braided-only, and foil/braided dual-layer designs.
Foil offers 100% coverage against high-frequency interference. Braid adds mechanical protection and a low-impedance ground path, with its coverage adjustable from 85% to 98%. When used together, the braid fills the gaps in the foil, and the foil closes the openings in the braid’s weave, covering a broader frequency range. We also offer ferrite cores as an add-on to further suppress high-frequency noise.
With these shielding options, your DVI cables deliver clear, stable video signals, without flicker or signal dropouts.

Durable Connector Design for Reliable Connections
Gold-plated contacts are available to better resist corrosion and maintain stable electrical connections over extended service life. For connector housings, we offer molded designs with built-in strain relief to strengthen the cable-to-connector junction and absorb stress from repeated flexing and mating cycles. Locking screws can also be added to provide a more secure connection.
With durable connector materials and reinforced construction, our DVI cables are specially designed to extend the lifespan of your equipment.
Why Choose ECOCABLES

Different DVI Cable Solutions
Display systems often face challenges beyond signal transmission, such as limited installation space, complex cable routing, and interference from surrounding electronics. We design DVI cables to tackle these challenges without compromising video quality.

When you are designing compact display systems, you often encounter limited installation space, complex routing paths, and specific interface positions. Standard DVI cables simply cannot solve these problems. Based on your design requirements, we can customize DVI cable assemblies with different configurations. We can adjust the cable length (e.g., 0.5 m, 1 m, or 2 m) to match the installation distance, and select jacket materials (e.g., PVC or TPE) to meet different flexibility needs, and provide right-angle DVI connectors to reduce protrusion in compact designs. These customized options make cable installation easier and ensure better compatibility with your display system.

When your DVI cables are installed near power circuits or other electronic components, you may encounter unstable video output such as flickering images and intermittent signal loss due to external interference. To address these problems, we combine foil shielding with high-coverage braided shielding (up to 98%) to strengthen EMI/RFI protection. We also use high-quality copper conductors to maintain signal quality during transmission. This design helps minimize flickering and signal interruptions, delivering clean video signals.

What Our Customers Say About ECOCABLES
Digital Visual Interface (DVI) cables are used to transmit digital video signals between the screen and the main board in home appliance display systems. They are commonly found in TVs, home entertainment systems, projectors, smart refrigerators, and other appliances with built-in displays.
Four main factors matter:
- Transmission distance: Longer runs may need thicker conductors or better shielding.
- Cable routing: Tight bends or narrow spaces call for a flexible jacket.
- Operating environment: EMI/RFI shielding becomes essential if there are power lines nearby.
- Device interface: DVI-D, DVI-I, and other types use different pin configurations.
DVI-D connectors are digital-only. They have a flat blade with 18 or 24 pins arranged around it, which is often labeled “18+1” (single link) or “24+1” (dual link). DVI-I connectors support both digital and analog signals. In addition to the standard digital pins, they add five extra analog pins, resulting in “18+5” (single link) or “24+5” (dual link) configurations.
A DVI-D connector can fit into both DVI-I and DVI-D ports, but it will only carry digital signals. A DVI-I connector, with extra analog pins, cannot be inserted into a DVI-D port. So when you are choosing a cable, first check the port on your device, and then pick the connector that matches.
Space is tight in many home appliances, such as smart refrigerators, wall-mounted TVs, or slim-profile home entertainment systems. A standard straight DVI plug may stick out too far — it can prevent the back cover from closing or get in the way of other components.
A right-angle connector routes the cable parallel to the panel surface, so it does not stick out and interfere with the back cover or other components. This takes up much less space and makes internal cable management a lot cleaner.
For most home appliances such as wall-mounted TVs, the connection between the main board and screen is usually under 3 meters. Standard copper cables can handle this distance without any signal loss, even at 2560×1600. So for typical home appliance designs, cable length is not a concern. If your application requires longer cable runs, just let us know and we will suggest the right solution.
